Our local (good) mechanic for small engine will no longer work on engines that have had ethanol gas used in them. He said it causes everything to fail early and cheaper to buy a new engine than replacing the hoses, etc. I have found only one non ethanol station in Southern Oregon and that's in Medford Or. It is one of those franchise stations where you need a card to use the pumps. Its premium so I only use it for small engines, lawnmower and boat.

Hi Spunky, Only use diesel? Just curious. Do you have a chainsaw? Lawnmower? Tiller? E-anything is toughest on 2 cyl and small brigs type engines . ps . I do have a diesel truck
